A Federal Capital Territory, FCT High Court, in Jabi, on Thursday declined the Ex-Parte Application recorded by the National Vice Chairman, North East of the decision All Progressives Congress APC, Comrade Mustapha Salihu, a factional Chairman of the APC in Edo state, Anselm Ojezua and others, looking to expel the National Chairman of the gathering, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole from office.
Lukman, had advised Oshiomhole to gather a National Executive Council (NEC) meeting of the gathering or leave right away.
Lukman’s call went ahead the impact points of the numerous inward emergency shaking the gathering in states the nation over.

Reacting, the Presiding Judge, Justice Danlami Senchi halted the move and requested that the Defendants be advised to guarantee a reasonable hearing in the issue.
Equity Senchi decided that it will hear all gatherings as opposed to giving the ex-parte application to expel Oshiomhole as the National Chairman of the APC as mentioned by the Plaintiffs.
The issue was suspended to eighteenth February 2020 for becoming aware of the Claimants’ application.
